NEW Sinus Treatment

Breathe Easy Sinus Treatment - 30 minutes for only $50

This is a one of a kind treatment for people on the go. Breathe Easy will help relieve sinus pressure, headache and neck pain due to seasonal allergies.

This treatment combines gentle face massage, neck massage and hot steam which is blended with anti-inflammatory essential oils to relieve sinus and respiratory tension. You will leave feeling decongested and relaxed.

Please note that this treatment is NOT intended for sick clients. It is meant for clients with chronic sinus issues and allergies.

NEW Massage Therapist

We are happy to welcome our newest Massage Therapist Shirley Vieira to the Spa. Shirley comes to us with a wide variety of services under her belt including: Deep, Swedish, Acupressure & Trigger point techniques. Also, look for Tuina, Hot Stone, and Thai in the near future.

Shirley's schedule Starting March 14th will be:
Sundays (10am - 5pm)
Mondays (11am - 6pm)
Tuesdays (11am - 6pm)
Thursdays (9am - 2pm)

NEW SERVICE - Kinesio Taping

Lei Ann will now be offering Kinesio Taping as a service here at The Mount Auburn Club. It is great for a wide variety of injuries and allows you to pursue your everyday activities with a wide range of motion. She will be doing a Kinesio Demo during Member Appreciation Week. Keep your eyes open for dates and times.



The price structure goes as follows:

Kinesio Taping Intro -- up to 30mins -- $30

Kinesio Taping Followup -- up to 15mins -- $20
